The above sketches are not super current, but I don't think I ever shared them on here - so why not! I keep them at my office so I don't forget to finish them when I have time. The one in the top left is Roxy "Freefall" Spaulding from Gen13 - shes one of my favorite super heroes! Top right is a sketch I did of Jemibook when I was working on a painting for her. And the bottom is an idea I was working out about YouTube make up tutorials. (I looooove watching make up tutorials! For some reason I find them really interesting even though I don't wear a lot of make up.) These were done with carmine red pencil on scrap paper.
And here is a sliiiightly creepy sketch I did in photoshop :) I saw this girl at a shopping center while visiting my mom this weekend. My mom lives in the suburbs of Atlanta, and there aren't very many visually interesting people there... so this girl really stood out! She had a super adorable outfit and hair style - I was probably staring all creeper-like in shock because you never seen fun outfits or bright hair there. (Lets hope this girl doesn't read my blog... ha ha ha. Ack!) I quickly sketched her so I could remember the color combinations and her fantastic hair bow. I always think bows are so cute, I want to figure out some way to incorporate them into my wardrobe! hmmm.
