I didn't end up posting this last night due to a unexpected guitar hero jam session occuring at my house (heh), but! Here it is on Friday, which is just as fun as Thursday, maybe even - a little better? :)
Things I'm really digging right now:
Flat pets - these hilarious little guys are literally FLAT pets - card board pets propped up with a photo frame wedge in the back. Made by Garudio Studiage, the website says "If you want a pet, but live in a flat, your dilemma is solved with this adorable range of life size cardboard cut-outs of the cutest possible pets." Hilarious and awesome - I really want one of the bright orange cats for my toy shelf!
Bliss (blog) - I stumbled onto this site through some blog hopping - and was amazed by the gorgeous photography... (See cupcake above - The hues and lighting in all her images are so rich and lovely!) The posts feature so many beautiful and inspiring images from blogger Mrs. French, and over all has such a nice feel - I imagine its soon to be one of my favourite blogs to read! She also has an etsy where you can buy prints of her photography - check it out!
Ninainvorm - fantastical colorful blog by dutch artist Nina. I love love love her flatware she has made, the patterns remind me so much of the adorable plant art on Orla Kiely's line. Her blog is like an amazing rainbow of cuteness, and it actually led me onto the next awesome blog...
Kup Kup Land - This blog is filled with these amazing little elaborate pin cushions out of felt (see above!) that are very darling and whimsical - as well as tons of other amazing felt creations and crafts! This blogger also has an etsy where you can buy prints, as well as the actual felt pieces shown on the blog! Very very cool - have a look. I really want one of the pin cushions with the happy little figure on it!
Dadaya & Tiny Toadstool label - I found this user, Dadaya, on flickr's wardrobe remix group - and she puts together the most amazing colorful outfits - complete with super unique handmade hats. After poking around I found out she also has an etsy store, Tiny Toadstool label, where you can buy these hats!! I really want one of the little berets with a pointy tip at top, they are so fun and remind me of something from a storybook. All the hats and glove she is selling are hand embroidered and very beautiful. Go look!
